About this blog

This blog is a way to create community, promote idea sharing and develop change leadership around King County’s quest to put the people who live and work here back at the center of everything we do.

This blog will track the journey of a local government as it continuously improves its service to the public by dispelling the myths of what government can’t do. This is a looking glass into the difficult and inspiring process of change taken on by public servants who are challenged by unprecedented circumstances to find a new way of doing business.

We are  Secret Change Agents.

We work for King County in the state of Washington.

The views in this blog are strictly ours and should not be attributed to King County.
